It failed on ubuntu4 but seems to have built correctly for ubuntu3 https://builds.apache.org/job/Tamaya-Javadoc-Master/8/consoleFull
You could exclude ubuntu4 from the node list if it persists.  I'm unsure whether it was transient or not, but I'll keep an eye out for the codehaus issue.
