Replace %d with GLOBAL, %l with USER and %u with USER@GLOBAL.

When the virtual directory is /home/spamd/%d/%l then it's replaces 
with /home/spamd/GLOBAL/USER so that it's safer to use.

This is primarly for use if you have a global filtering with web based 
configuration of spam configuration and no homedirectories.
