Committed revision 542769.

...this included two minor tweaks to the bdb stuff from what was in the last patch...
1) fixed property name from no-dbd-lib to no-bdb-lib
2) modified both the bdb and bdb-je tests to use the temp directory specified as a system prop when the <junit> task is run to keep them from polluting the root directory.
