JobSandbox Update errors

Hi, lately we started having transaction relatedproblems (duplicate
acquisitions for customers who pressed the SUBMIT button consecutively) in
our production ofbiz cluster (3 machines).. 
We noticed DB update errors related to the JOB_SANDBOX in the ofbiz.log. 
Could this be the cause of the transaction problems?  We are using MSSQL.
