Log:
Remove the svn_wc__db_pristine_repair() place-holder API, which was not
implemented and has turned out not to be needed.
* subversion/libsvn_wc/wc_db.c,
subversion/libsvn_wc/wc_db.h
(svn_wc__db_pristine_repair): Delete.
