We could also remove the "Label This" button (where we should put the per-thread subscription button).  It doesn't do much useful.  Labelling threads was introduced back at the very very beginning `a07e7448376895f998594023b8bafa6a76ec1524` but doesn't really do anything.

With forum-level subscriptions working now, I'm thinking we should remove this thread-level subscription UI http://screencast.com/t/5KuVWoc16  It's ugly.  If we want to keep thread-level at all, we could have the standard subscribe icon in the header of an individual thread, but no mass subscribe UI.
