after working on MSITE-818, displaying info on localized site rendering would be useful
Just adding an info at the beginning, like:
{noformat}[INFO] Rendering localized site for Chinese (China) (zh_CN){noformat}

and for default locale:
{noformat}[INFO] Rendering site with default locale English (en){noformat}
