With the addition of the FrameworkInfo.roles field, all of the endpoints that expose the framework information need to be updated to expose this additional field.

It should be the case that for the v1-style operator calls, the new field will be automatically visible thanks to the direct mapping from protobuf (we should verify this).

We can track the updates to metrics separately.
