Some updates to your contributing guidelines

Hello,

My name is Emily, and I'm a freelance writer. I read your contributing
guidelines, and I would like to suggest to add a part about plagiarism
there, and how to check articles before submitting (for example, with the

As my experience shown, a lot of writers don't check their works on
plagiarism and editors have to do more job.
