binaries for 1.1.1

We need to replace the 1.1.0 binaries with binaries for 1.1.1; I would
consider the group of people who use binary distributions to be
particularly vulnerable to the Redirect security hole.  I'll be building
BSDI 2.0 and Solaris 2.4 and 2.5 binaries tonight, I'd encourage the
others to follow suit.
