   One more thing for context: this component is deprecated in favour of [maven-executor](https://github.com/apache/maven-executor) (#164, status there as of today), and master has not been released since 3.3.0. The plan is a 3.3.1 that ships the deprecation, this PR and #185, so that maven-invoker-plugin and the PowerShell launchers can move on; new work beyond fixes goes to maven-executor, where the launcher-host selection would need a counterpart in `ForkedMavenExecutor` once the `.ps1` scripts ship.
