Confluence site update

Hi guys,

as you may know Confluence has been ugraded last week, causing some 
trouble with the Autoexport plugin.

Daniel Kulp updated this plugin, and I modified the templates so that 
the pages are generated correctly. (all the templates for all the MINA 
spaces have been updated)

It should now be ok. If there is a problem feel free to post a report.
