newapp.sh failed

Hi,
i trying to install a new application with tdk. But ie got a problem new
for me, that i never seen before : 
when i use "newapp.sh foo ", ie got this message , very simple :

Buildfile: newapp.xml

BUILD FAILED

http://xml.org/sax/features/raw-names

Total time: 2 seconds

And this url dont exist anyway.
I very surprise, because all was running good... Is anybody got an idea
for this problem?
