   We have enabled pagespeed core filters and "prioritize_critical_css" filter. We are using CDN service by Cloudflare. It seems that some filters does not work with Cloudflare (caching on) especially. 
   Is there any solution we can implement to make it work? our website is https://www.ifcmarkets.com
