PDF with nested elements (and PDF/UA mode enabled) are giving out warnings when validated by http://www.access-for-all.ch/en/pdf-lab/pdf-accessibility-checker-pac.html ("Inappropriate use of a <type> structure element" warnings). This approach tries to solve the issue, by renaming the outermost structure element into a grouping element of type DIV.

To notice the warning try to validate before pdf with accessibility checker mentioned above
