[DVSL] suggestion for generateId() in Node.
Hi,
while working with DVSL I had the need to create ids for elements. I have not
seen anything provided, so I have extended DVSLNode and Dom4jNodeImpl, patch
attached.
This could be done much better, but perhaps it's a starting point and someone
else can make use of it.
