[PR] Fix Java 25 build compatibility: replace antlr-maven-plugin with exec-maven-plugin [directory-studio]

Mention that ANTLR 2 invokes System.exit(), causing build failures on modern Java runtimes when executed in-process, and that delegating source generation to Phase 1 via exec-maven-plugin resolves the issue.

I do know the rules for generating files in your repo. I wanted military approach "hit and run".
You can remove them without any problem.
