    Description: 
The view should display an entry per index history item per index:
 # Index ID
 # Index name
 # Index state corresponding to the history item (REGISTERED/BUILDING/AVAILABLE, or maybe WRITE_ONLY/AVAILABLE (where WRITE_ONLY combines REGISTERED and BUILDING)

This has to be refined.
