[jira] Commented: (TRINIDAD-1043) Convert legacy XSS files to CSS

    [ https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/TRINIDAD-1043?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel&focusedCommentId=12914983#action_12914983 ]

Jeanne Waldman commented on TRINIDAD-1043:
------------------------------------------

I made one checkin that converts the .xss files that are used most often, base and simple xss files.
Still to do are the rest of the xss files in trinidad-impl\src\main\resources\META-INF\adf\styles

> Under the covers Trinidad still uses the legacy "XSS" style definition mechanism (eg. see base-desktop.xss). Logging this issue to request that we port all remaining XSS files over to CSS skins files.
> Note that before we do that, there are a few features that need to be added to CSS. See:
> TRINIDAD-1041 Support locale-specific styles
> TRINIDAD-1042 Support (browser) version-specific styles
> We may also need to add support for the XSS <includeProperty> mechanism.
