We have been getting a 404 error on the ISAPI_REDIRECT.dll fo rthe past
couple of days.  We have never had this problem before and it doesn't just
happen on a specific page.  It happens on any page that seems to have form
input and/or database modifications (don't know which is causing the
problem, but they go hand in hand).  

So for example, you submit a form and it comes up with error not found, then
you press back on the browser, resubmit and you might get the error again,
or it might go through.

Any ideas on this one???
