Hi.

First, thanks for the report.This indeed is a problem.

The expected behaviour would be to have `multipart/mixed`.

Would you like to contribute the fix for that issue?

You will need to provide a default subtype in **MultipartBuilder::build** when it is null. We would also need a test case in **MultipartBuilderTest**.
