SOAP & Tomcat configuration.

Hello, everybody!

Could somebody tell me what does the "you need to make the samples
package available on the Apache-SOAP listener's
classpath" mean.
Where this classpath can be defined.
I have the class available in Tomcats WEB-INF/classes dir ( which is in
CLASSPATH ) but can not get anything except of

    "Generated fault:
 Fault Code = SOAP-ENV:Server.BadTargetObjectURI
 Fault String = Unable to resolve target object: soap.HelloServer"
