   Optimize some interfaces.
   
   ### Modifications
   
   1.Change the pattern limitation of InlongGroupId and InlongStreamId.
   2.Support query for group, stream, source and sink by update_time or create_time.
   3.Check the clusterTag when saving the cluster.

   Is the manager's /openapi/ path still unavailable? So does it actually have little impact on the online environment?

   @rootphantomer Hi, the openapi was already supported for a long time, I do not understand what you are concerned about.
