Links on http://xml.apache.org/axis are incorrect

Your links changed overnight to use the following semantics
http://cvs.apache.org/viewcvs.cgi/~checkout~/xml-axis/java/docs/install.html

The above link is invalid it should be as follows

http://cvs.apache.org/viewcvs.cgi/*checkout*/xml-axis/java/docs/install.html

The only differance is the ~checkout~ value should be *checkout* 

Then the page is displayed.  This occurs for about 90% of the links on this page.
