I updated the wiki page:

I added a few links to developerWorks articles regarding Apache Wink
(written by third parties, I don't really know how that whole process
works).  Dunno if that counts under notable activity or not but maybe
it'll help others get started if they're interested?  (Anyone) please
feel free to update it or change it in any way.
