We need to provide an ability to configure distribution zones by DDL commands.
Let's extend SQL grammar with following syntax:
CREATE ZONE
\{ fq_zone_name | simple_zone_name }

(<data_nodes_auto_adjust>, DATA_NODES_FILTER filter)

As a result the parser should be able to parse mentioned statements and provide a valid AST representing those statements.
