### Issue Description
AppenderTest enables Logstash output with its default localhost:4560 destination but starts no receiver. It only asserts that an appender object exists, so connection refusal and inability to deliver logs do not fail the test.
### Evidence
[Java 17 CI job](https://github.com/apache/incubator-seata/actions/runs/35840434140/job/107113931949), commit 96e84e52f, raw line 24843: LogstashTcpSocketAppender connection failed, java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused. This is the enabled-appender success test, not a destination-failure scenario.
### Expected behavior
Use a local allocated-port receiver, assert that a log event is actually delivered, and close test-owned networking resources. Keep the existing Kafka/metric appender configuration assertions.
### Environment
Seata 2.8.0-SNAPSHOT, Java 17.
