Scoring based on provider(s) of hosted url(s)

Hi,

Is it possible in spamassassin to score on the provider hosting the url(s)
contained in a message?
This would involve resolving the domain name and looking up the IP in a
DNSBL such as spews or one of the country lists of cluecentral.net.

This would advertising an url hosted with a bulletproof hoster a lot
harder.

(accidentally spammers just started to include empty anchors pointing to
random urls into their messages, like <a href="http://www.goodguys.net"></a>)
