[I] Bug: License Files and Header Checks do not seem correct (tooling-trusted-release)

dave2wave opened a new issue, #79:
URL: https://github.com/apache/tooling-trusted-release/issues/79

See the results for the attached file:

   [pulsar-client-reactive-0.6.0-src.tar.gz](https://github.com/user-attachments/files/20179415/pulsar-client-reactive-0.6.0-src.tar.gz)

   1. Precisely how does the LICENSE file not match? I look at it and it is good, but with acceptable information at the end.
   2. License Headers shows only one successful file yet 100 files are invalid even though RAT check works and a visual inspection looks proper.

Do you have a problem with line endings.

Resolved in 657bf05b2a6ad8c748806b6d5dd16bc6fb4689eb by making the parsing much more lenient. The `.tar.gz` license had an extra blank line at the top, and the license headers use `https` whereas the checker was expecting `http`.
