Documentation here [https://activemq.apache.org/components/artemis/documentation/latest/address-settings.html] states that `auto-delete-queues` and `auto-delete-addresses` is `true` by default however if you create a broker via CLI it is `false`.
Maybe this was an oversight in https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/ARTEMIS-3417 but this is very confusing and I consider it a bug.
