[ANN] Maven Surefire 3.4.0 released

The Apache Maven team is pleased to announce the release of the Maven

     * [SUREFIRE-2251] - [REGRESSION] java.lang.NoSuchMethodException: 
org.apache.maven.plugin.surefire.StartupReportConfiguration.<init>
     * [SUREFIRE-2253] - [REGRESSION]  Bump 
org.apache.commons:commons-compress from 1.26.0 to 1.26.1 causes hang

** Improvement
     * [SUREFIRE-1385] - System properties defined in the Surefire and 
Failsafe plugin configuration should override user properties
