https://bz.apache.org/ooo/show_bug.cgi?id=126592

          Issue ID: 126592
        Issue Type: DEFECT
Summary: Spontaneous change of cell format
           Product: Calc
           Version: 4.1.1
          Hardware: All
                OS: All
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: major
          Priority: P5
         Component: formatting
          Assignee: issues@openoffice.apache.org
          Reporter: germoe@seznam.cz

If time format is set to [s],00 (seconds + two decimal places), after reopening
of the file, the format is everytime changed to [s],00, (extra decimal point on
the end).

[Issue 126592] User-defined cell format [S],00 changed in [S],00, after reload

And it seems to concatenate. [S],00,…, opened as [S],00,…,,
So e.g. if someone work on the same file multiple days (open the file, add/edit
something, and save&close the file every day), it can expand into long sequence
of commas.
