[RESULT][VOTE] Release Apache Cocoon 3.0.0-alpha-3

Hi all,
the Apache Cocoon 3.0.0-alpha-3 vote passed with four +1, no +/-0, no
-1. Votes have been expressed by following people:

Simone Tripodi *
Franchesco Chicchiriccò *
Reinhard Poetz *
David Crossley *

no other votes have been expressed.
