   I got same error in 2.1.0 too, either CeleryExecutor and KubernetesCeleryExecutor.
   I run Airflow by Kubernetes, and mounted a PV for the log directory.
   
   I guess that maybe worker crashed, so log missing,  because I can see Kill -9 in worker log.
