Selector

Reluctantly i have crated my own selector. (below is why I didn't want to
create one, I knew I would screw it up)

I complied the war file and moved appropriatly.

So now in my sitemap added:
<map:selector name="user-role"
src="org.apache.cocoon.selection.UserRoleSelector"
logger="sitemap.selector.userrole">
	   <parameter-name>role</parameter-name>
</map:selector>

And now get the following:
org.apache.avalon.framework.configuration.ConfigurationException: Error in
sitemap configuration : org.apache.cocoon.selection.UserRoleSelector

The selector is in org.apache.cocoon.selection and it is called
UserRoleSelector.

Nothing is ever simple.
