Assignment4 Project

Hi all,

For assignment 4, I am planning to work on  Container Orchestration on
Jetstream (A4 - 1). I have created JIRA issue and necessary sub-tasks for
the same (AIRAVATA-2542
<https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/AIRAVATA-2542>) . This is an
extension of DevOps work I'm working on and will update JIRA accordingly
