[jira] [Created] (GEODE-5287) Simplify documentation of transactions

Karen Smoler Miller created GEODE-5287:
------------------------------------------

             Summary: Simplify documentation of transactions
                 Key: GEODE-5287
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/GEODE-5287
             Project: Geode
          Issue Type: New Feature
          Components: docs
            Reporter: Karen Smoler Miller

The documentation is overly complicated when describing transactions within Geode. As a first step towards simplification, extract the important semantic info on Geode's capabilities with respect to ACID transactions from its buried location and combine it with the About Transactions overview information. Rename the section too.
