[users@httpd] upgrading apache

Well i download & install apache on my windows 2000
server & i must say it ran very nicely .
now a new version is available , so i wana upgrade it 
so how can i , wat is the correct procedure in doing
so ?
wat do i do just rum the setup it will upgrade itself
?
