   看起来可能是没有上传3.0.1版本的rpm包，导致下载404
   https://github.com/apache/apisix-dashboard/releases/tag/v3.0.1
   可以先使用3.0.0版本
   sudo yum install -y https://github.com/apache/apisix-dashboard/releases/download/v3.0.0/apisix-dashboard-3.0.0-0.el7.x86_64.rpm
