A certain column value being `null` is a valid scenario during realtime ingestion. This PR fixes the log level for indexing exception arising due to null values / truncated String fields.
There's already a metric being emitted in the same function if at all users need a view of the indexing errors causes due to this.

I'm realising that the `NullValueTransformer` class transforms incoming null values to the default null value for the FieldType. String null values are changed to string "null". The log level in that case is indeed correct. Sorry for jumping to conclusions here. Closing the PR, will investigate the logs to determine the root cause.

@richardstartin I was also having the same discussion. IMO, the correct way would be to just target the `null` object LOG in case of dictionary and leave everything else as it is.

Regarding null dictionary values, in the discussion where this was added (which was motivated by index corruption subsequent to a failed attempt to parse truncated JSON, resulting in nonsensical query results) @Jackie-Jiang mentioned this should not happen [here](https://github.com/apache/pinot/pull/8211#discussion_r808496005) so this may be remediating a symptom of a different problem, not a cause. The null check which drives this log message was only added because it was possible to provoke this behaviour in a test. Perhaps Jackie can comment.
Again, if your JSON is getting truncated because your table has not been set up properly, log spam is a secondary concern.

If you’re trying to index JSON and that JSON gets truncated as a STRING so that it can’t be parsed, you absolutely want to log that at ERROR.

I assumed the metrics should help with that. Since row's fields being `null` is a valid scenario, this can (does) flood the logs. Will check and change this. I guess atleast for the dictionary error we can definitely change to debug
