We have the ASF account in place. Please provide an email address associated with the Google account of the release manager that is going to be releasing apps to the Play store. This SHOULD be an ASF e-mail address. This MUST be an e-mail address currently associated with an ASF account.

This is going to be a little bit experimental at first as we figure out exactly what permissions we need to grant so there might be a little back-and-forth to start with. I'd liek to keep access limited to one or two RMs per PMC until we have a better idea of how this is going to work.
