   I think this is old and outdated and the website is providing the information it should, on how to install buildstream via your package manager, after @Cynical-Optimist has made some changes there.
   
   Closing this for now with NEEDINFO until someone wants to reopen this. Of course with a BuildStream 2 release we'll need to also keep on top of what distros have it and re-adjust our install story on the website at that point, but for now I think we're good.
