+over 3 months of development work and includes [**666 resolved issues**][1]
+from [**106 distinct contributors**][2]. See the Install Page to learn how to

+Support for Python 3.5 was dropped, and support for Python 3.9 added.
+The minimal required version for NumPy is now 1.16.6. Note that when upgrading

+This release contains new features for the Flight RPC wrapper, better
