SVNParentPath question

What is SVNParentPath?
It's the path to the repository? (C:\svn\repository1 or C:\svn\repository2,
etc...)
Or it can be the path to where the repositorys are placed? (C:\svn\)

The latter. SVNPath is a path to a repository; SVNParentPath is the
path to a repository's parent directory.
