XMLComparator patch

Hi Chinthaka,

 

I modified XMLComparator to enable comparison when there are several
OMElements with same local name.

 

I also add a test to XMLComparatorTest to test the modification,

 

I have attached two patches and a .xml file(soapmessage2.xml to add to the
xml/test-resources/soap).

 

I like this one to be committed before committing the interop things,
otherwise a lot of test will be failed.
