Subject: Error while using JNDI Taglib
Hi,
I am getting the following error message while referring jndi tag in a jsp
running under Weblogic 6.1 sp1. In web.xml I am referring it correctly
(
<taglib><taglib-ri>/WEB-INF/jndi.tld</taglib-uri><taglib-location>/WEB-INF/j
ndi.tld</taglib-location></taglib>
). This is working file under iPlanet application server 6.0 sp2. But I
am getting this error message while running it under Weblogic 6.1 sp1. Any
ideas will be greatly appreciated.
Parsing of JSP File '/jsp-template/header.jsp' failed:
------------------------------------------------------
/jsp-template/header.jsp(3): Error in using tag library
uri='/WEB-INF/jndi.tld' prefix='jndi': The Tag class
'org.apache.taglibs.jndi.SearchTag' has no setter method corresponding to
TLD declared attribute 'attributesSeparator', (JSP 1.1 spec, 5.4.1)
probably occurred due to an error in /jsp-template/header.jsp line 3:
<%@ taglib uri='/WEB-INF/jndi.tld' prefix="jndi" %>

Thanks & Regards,

Yes. In fact, I would recommend IT as part of any good refactoring. But
be sure to PASS EVERYTHING AS PARAMETERS (pardon the caps, but it is
really very important that you PASS EVERYTHING AS PARAMETERS). The
Actions are multi-threaded, so you cannot share information about a
request between the methods using class variables, but this it is safe
(and efficient) to PASS INFORMATION AS PARAMETERS.
