[PR] build: upgrade sling-bundle-parent to v66 and modernize OSGi dependencies [sling-org-apache-sling-distribution-journal]

cziegeler opened a new pull request, #189:

   Upgrades the Maven parent POM from version 49 to 66 and replaces deprecated monolithic OSGi artifacts with granular OSGi R7 dependencies. Also applies general code style cleanup across Java sources.
   
   **Changes:**
   - Bump `sling-bundle-parent` from `49` to `66`
   - Replace `osgi.core` / `osgi.cmpn` with fine-grained OSGi artifacts: `org.osgi.framework`, `org.osgi.service.cm`, `org.osgi.service.event`, `org.osgi.service.condition`, `org.osgi.service.component.annotations`, `org.osgi.service.metatype.annotations`
   - Promote `org.osgi.util.converter` from `test` to `provided` scope
   - Add exclusion of `osgi.core` from `felix.healthcheck.api` to avoid transitive conflict
   - Move `<build>` section after `<dependencies>` to follow conventional POM ordering
   - Remove redundant `<properties>` / `<build>` block duplication in POM
   - Apply import ordering, whitespace, and trailing-space cleanup across ~140 Java source files
