Configure multiple product in shopping cart

Hi great if anyone can help on the following queries ::

1) How to configure more than one conditions in Promo Rules to show discounted product in shopping cart?
2) How to configure the rules as - Buy 1 product and get 50% discount on some other product?

#2 look at the promotion 9013 or 9014
