Removed 0.8.1 version from JIRA

Hi,

AFAIU we have a lazy consensus (see [1]) about "1.0.0" as the version 
number of the next pdfbox release. Consequently I've removed the version 
0.8.1 from JIRA and I've updated all issues which were linked to that 
version.
