I just uploaded a new patch (daytrader-17-01092007.zip ) which...
- Assumes the dojo src is available at /dojo/dojo.js (src is no longer included in the patch)
- Supports Dojo 0.4.1

Once installed, the new ui can be accessed at the following url:
/dojotrader/trader.html

Note: The only existing file updated in the patch is the top-level pom.xml file. Otherwise, the zip file creates three new sub-directories under the modules directory (dojo-ui-ear, dojo-ui-web, json-proxy).
